Shakira will receive the Golden Music Award Santander 2023 at this year’s LOS40 Music Awards.
She is confirmed to attend the event on Friday, November 3rd at the WiZink Center in Madrid, Spain
We already have the nominees for Los40 Music Awards Santander 2023. The awards will be presented on November 3. The list was revealed tonight during the traditional Nominees Dinner. It was held at the Florida Park in Madrid located in the Retiro. It has brought together a large number of artists and guests, such as Aitana, Álvaro de Luna, Abraham Mateo, Ana Mena or Lola Índigo, among others.
National category
Tony Aguilar has been in charge of announcing the list of nominees. Aitana has been the queen with six candidates. Lola Índigo has five and Ana Mena and Quevedo have four. All of them can win the award for Best Artist and Best Album of the Year. Lola Índigo and Aitana will also compete for recognition for Best Song for Los Ángeles and El Tonto respectively.
Abraham Mateo and Manuel Carrasco have three nominations, sharing Best Live Artist and Best Collaboration, and David Bisbal two, including Best Artist.
Latin Global Category
In the Global Latin Category, Feid and Manuel Turizo sweep the show with six nominations each, followed by Karol G, Ozuna, Myke Towers with five and Shakira, Duki, María Becerra and Bizarrap with four.
International category
Loreen, Miley Cyrus, Sam Smith and Taylor Swift lead the International Category with options for three awards. Among them, Best Artist, for which Dua Lipa and Olivia Rodrigo are also competing.
New awards
The 40 Music Awards Santander 2023 launch new awards: Best Urban Newcomer in the Spain category and Best Urban Collaboration and Best Urban Song in the Global Latin category.
Golden Music Awards
Shakira will be one of the award-winning stars of the big night of music. One of the Golden Music Awards of this edition will be awarded to Shakira, with which LOS40 wants to recognize her figure as a global music icon. More Golden Music Awards are yet to be revealed.
The gala
The awards event will be on November 3 at the WiZink Center in Madrid with tickets already sold out for a long time with more than 20 performances in what will be an unforgettable night of music. The gala can be followed live on Divinity, LOS40.com and on the LOS40 YouTube channel.
